Wayne plays about 100 engaging participation-style shows each year at libraries, schools, parks, private parties, and special events throughout New England on vocals, banjo, guitar, harmonica and ukulele; including Boston Harborfest and the Lowell Summer Music Festival. Rambles writes that “Wayne Potash is a man who knows how to play to his audience. More importantly, he's not afraid to play with them.”
Wayne’s Music Fun Band includes award winning banjo player Paul Sedgwick (also on ukulele, didgiridoo, spoons and vocals); John Wiesner on bass guitar, harmonica, and vocals; and Bryn Carlson on drums, percussion and vocals. The group features kid and grown-up friendly music in folk, bluegrass, pop, blues, and world beat styles. Getting the audience in on the fun is what they do best.
